When is check in time?
3pm – 8pm.
When is check out time?
Noon time, 12pm.
What languages do you speak?
We have staff that can speak native Japanese, native Chinese, native English and some Hindi.
What if I cannot make it for regular check in time?
When you arrive to our Hotel, you may need to call the phone number on our front door. We will be able to get you all checked in.
Are your rooms shared?
All of the rooms are a 2 bedroom apartment with private washroom. Nothing is shared with any other guest. You have your own keys to your own apartment.
